Associates' Bios

Ernie Leong
is a published author and an award winning screenwriter and filmmaker with a Master's Degree in video based production from George Mason University and a Bachelor's Degree in English with Honors from Wesleyan University.   He is the recipient of the Moondance Fim Festival's award for Best TV movie of the week screenplay and has been a semifinalist at Sundance and America's Best writing contests.  Ernie has also been a quarterfinalist in various national and international screenwriting contests.  He has written, produced, taped and edited a variety of original film and television projects.

Kiersten E. Moore
is a designer and director who moved to Washington, DC in the fall of 2001 after receiving her MFA degree in Scenic Design.  She was introduced to DC's theatre community through a year long artistic senior directing internship with Molly Smith at Arena Stage and liked the district enough to stay on.  Arena credits include assistant directing Of Mice and Men, True West, Moon for the Misbegotten, and Agamemnon and his Daughters, and directing two shorts for the Student Playwright Project.  Also in DC, Kiersten designed costumes for The Arlington Players' production of Death of a Salesman, and props design for The Day Room at Woolly Mammoth.  Some of her favorite scenic design projects include Shakespeare's Richard III, and Dancing at Lughnasa for West Virginia University, On the Town for Central Piedmont Summer Theatre, and Love's Labors Lost for the Peterborough Players.  Kiersten is excited to be signing on with MuseFire during the planning process and looks forward to the first season's productions.
