Dear Friends,
We want to welcome you to the 2007 Fireball season of MuseFire Productions. We are a professional, not-for-profit theater and film production company dedicated primarily to telling the stories of diverse, seldom-heard communities, in stylistically innovative plays and films, often cross-pollinating in multimedia work.
Our dream is to develop work that tells the stories of people of all shapes, sizes, and colors who are seldom represented onstage or film. We want to produce shows with a distinctive, multimedia style: both world premieres of new plays and intriguing conceptions of world classics.
We encourage you to support us in our exciting artistic season as we endeavor to build a company with a unique artistic vision. There are many theater companies and independent filmmakers in the area, but no one with a mission quite like ours. Your contributions will enable us to make innovative art for stage and screen unlike any the greater Washington area has ever seen.
